For these reasons, these structures need to be protected and transferred to future generations. Undoubtedly, one of the most important events that damage historical buildings is the earthquake. Today, the effects of the earthquake can be predicted through various programs in computer environment. In this research, finite element model and analysis of the masjid part of Hasbey Dar’ül Huffazı, which is one of the structures of Karahanlılar Period, located in the center of Konya and built by Mehmed the son of Hatıplı Hacı Hasbey in 1421 (H.824), was performed in SAP 2000 program. Two different loads are defined on the model. The first one indicates constant loads and the second one indicates the effects of ground movements described in the earthquake spectrum specific to Konya. As a result of the analyzes, the earthquake behavior of the historical building was examined.
2019-10-31T00:00:00+03:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://www.ratingacademy.com.tr/ojs/index.php/joa/article/view/879 THE ESTABLİSHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE CİZRE CİTY 2019-11-08T23:27:15+03:00 Diyar KARADEMİR karademir.diyar@gmail.com
Cizre city, located in the Tigris section of the Southeastern Aantolia Region, has maintained its importance since its inception.Topography, climate, water resources, farmland, transportation and security factors have played on important factor in the establishment and development of the city. According to some sources, the present urban features of the study area which has a settlement history of 4000 years are also discussed. Discussing Cizre’s urban development and functional features will contribute to more realistic planning of the city.
2019-10-31T00:00:00+03:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://www.ratingacademy.com.tr/ojs/index.php/joa/article/view/872 INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IN MULTICULTURAL ENVIRONMENTS IN EUROPE AND THE BALKANS 2019-11-08T23:27:26+03:00 Vedat BAJRAMI vedat.bajrami@uni-prizren.com
The paper is a result of a research of education systems, systems of support, legislation and evaluation of positive practice in the nine countries of the European Union and three countries in the Balkans: Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo. The condition for the research countries to be included in the sample is based on the population number not being larger than 8 million. Because of the relevance of the comparative analysis, two older state members of the European Union were chosen (Austria, the Flemish and the French region of Belgium), fourrecent EU member states (Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia and Slovenia), three Scandinavian countries (Iceland, Finland and Norway) and three countries in the Balkans: Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro. The aim of the research, besides defining the currentand basic definitions in exploring the description of the education systems of individual countries, is to present practices of inclusion of children with disabilities and multi-lingual children to carry out the processes of inclusion.
